Sony has long been creating high-quality 1080p projectors for a long time; however the Sony VPL-VW90ES is their 1st foray in to 3D. This SXRD projector includes a bright, sleek, film-like image in 2D with comparison to extra. In 3D, the image is of interest, but picture size should be kept little due to lighting limitations.

The Sony VPL-HW15 replaces the HW10, and in doing this, provides up a better, but each and every comparable projector, for less cash. We will call that evolutionary, instead of groundbreaking. As the MAP prices on the old Sony had been $3499, the VPL-HW15 is available in $500 lower at $2999.
